Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via the UPS method of your choice.  We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.  Orders shipped inside the State of Florida will be subject to the appropriate Sales Tax.  Please contact us if you wish to use a Tax Free certificate.  Orders shipped outside the State of Florida will not be charged sales tax and customers are responsible for the sales tax for their state.

For UPS expediated shipments, please place orders by 12pm (EST) for same-day shipment.  Please include a phone number on all expediated shipment orders.  If you have questions on shipping, please contact us at 407-299-2620.

Please note that due to industry-wide backlogs due to COVID-19, there may be longer delays in the shipments of parts than normal.  Additionally, while we process expeiated orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping on ANY order.  We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.
